Faun is an American restaurant with strong Italian roots and a belief that handcrafted things are the best things, and true excellence is only achieved through painstaking attention to details. We carry this mindset through all we do, from handrolling the pasta and mixing craft cocktails to planting our garden and creating the inviting candlelit atmosphere we are known for.

Chef Kieran Minihan helms the kitchen at Faun. A veteran of world-renowned fine dining restaurants - Del Posto; Grammercy Tavern, Minihan has also dedicated career time to the back-country-focused projects of Maysville and Pig Beach where he chased his passion for the craveable big flavors of the American South. Since his arrival at Faun early this year, Chef Minihan has employed his dual-sensibility approach to create an Italian-inspired menu that is just the right combination of elegance and comfort.

We consider it a matter of fact that commitment to quality on the plate goes hand-in-hand with ecologically responsible ingredient sourcing. To us this means using local purveyors whenever possible, and it means buying from  farmers, ranchers, and fishers who are committed to sustainable practices.
